About this item
- [The Next-Gen TPU Alternative] PEBA 90A flexible filament is engineered as the premium replacement for TPU. Combining nylon-level toughness with elastomer flexibility, it achieves the perfect balance of strength and softness for advanced 3D printing projects
- [20% Lighter, Print Smarter] With a density 20% lower than TPU, PEBA enables ultra-lightweight prints without compromising durability, ideal for drones, robotics, wearables, and performance parts where every gram matters
- [78% High Rebound Performance] Delivering up to 78% energy return, over 30% higher than TPU, PEBA ensures faster bounce-back, superior elasticity, and long-lasting resilience. Perfect for sports gear, cushioning parts, and functional prototypes
- [2X Faster Printing, Adjustable Flexibility] Engineered for efficiency, PEBA prints up to 2X faster than TPU with higher volume flow. Print settings allow you to fine-tune hardness and flexibility, adapting to applications from soft insoles to structural components
- [Universal Compatibility, Wide Applications] Compatible with most FDM 3D printers using 1.75mm filament and dual-gear extruders. Widely applicable for sports equipment, medical devices, robotics joints, cushioning solutions, and creative prototyping
